Almond Puffs and Cigarette Russes

This caught my attention;
Cigarette King 3838
I've already got ideas on how to use it.
Hee-hee.

Chunk 1 tablespoon of mixture onto pan.
Instructions clearly states FOUR maximum.
I learnt my lesson.
YOU THERE! OBEY!

Spread it to a circle

IMMEDIATELY out of the oven, ROLL!

Or it WILL turn out like this; Flat butter pieces

An Amatuer's 'Cigarettes'

Thickness; thick.

They're fat and stumpy too, but the chocolate tip redeems itself

These are considered long, thin and crisp... or at least they look like.

Almond Puffs

See! I got Gaya!

Boleh dijadikan makanan muka

When one is no longer fond of 'potrait' photos, the FEET steals the spotlight

It's like those movie scenes where the car halts to a stop.
In my case; where you slip over soap.

A fortnight in a row, I consume 'duck'.
This time it is at Pacific BBQ House, Hoddle Street, Richmond.

Eggplant; edible?

Duckiling

Dinner @ THE OLD KINGDOM Chinese Restaurant, Smith Street.

The dim, Dynasty-type setting

Our Peking Duck. Simon's skilled hands.

The meal; strictly countable.

A leek and a cucumber, 3 'o clock.

Put a piece of duck skin on top.

Land on some thick and sweet gravy. (oyster sauce?)

End result from folding - the slice of crispy not-much-fat duck skin, a stick of leek and a stick of cucember, drowned in scrumptuous gravy on a 'pancake' - ↑6 'o clock, →9 'o clock and ↓12 'o clock.

Leftover of Duck fried with Bean Sprout.

And the bones were placed into a bowl of soup + veg and bean curd

Obviously we couldn't leave our meal hanging there.
Drove to Lygon Street, walked to my all time favourite ice cream parlour, Il Dolce.

Green Tea, Durian, Honeycomb
