Dinner @ THE OLD KINGDOM Chinese Restaurant, Smith Street.

The dim, Dynasty-type setting

Our Peking Duck. Simon's skilled hands.

The meal; strictly countable.

A leek and a cucumber, 3 'o clock.

Put a piece of duck skin on top.

Land on some thick and sweet gravy. (oyster sauce?)

End result from folding -
the slice of crispy not-much-fat duck skin, a stick of leek and a stick of cucember, drowned in scrumptuous gravy on a 'pancake' - ↑6 'o clock, →9 'o clock and ↓12 'o clock.

Leftover of Duck fried with Bean Sprout.

And the bones were placed into a bowl of soup + veg and bean curd
Obviously we couldn't leave our meal hanging there.
Drove to Lygon Street, walked to my all time favourite ice cream parlour, Il Dolce.

Green Tea, Durian, Honeycomb
